Lead Catcher

Every enquiry from your website or inbox is sorted (urgent, booking, complaint, spam), urgent ones are flagged for a call-back, a reply is drafted and the whole thing is logged.

Invoice Reader

A supplier invoice, PDF or photo, becomes a ledger row. Code checks every total, the 15% VAT, the VAT number and whether you have seen it before.

WhatsApp replies

Answers the questions you get asked twenty times a day (hours, prices, directions) and hands anything unusual to you with the context attached.

Bookings and reminders

Confirmations, day-before reminders and follow-ups sent on time without anyone remembering to do it.

If it happens the same way every week and lives in email, spreadsheets or WhatsApp, it can probably be a workflow. Built on n8n, owned by you.

Small AI models make small mistakes: reading “2 450.00” as 450, or offering a customer’s own number as yours. Our workflows cross-check every figure against the source document and swap in the right details before anything reaches your books or your customer.   1. A 20-minute call

    On WhatsApp or the phone. You tell us what the business needs; we tell you honestly whether a website, an automation or neither is the right fix.

  2. A one-paragraph scope and a fixed quote

    Plain language, one price. A 50% deposit starts the work; the balance is due before go-live. You get a PDF invoice with a payment reference for EFT.

  3. Build and refine on a preview link

    You watch it take shape on a private preview and send changes as you see them. Nothing goes live until you have signed it off.

  4. Launch, then look after it

    Hosting, SSL, domain and fixes are billed monthly from the day the site goes live. Automations are monitored and maintained the same way.

Questions people ask first

What does Uncloaked actually do?
Two things. We design, build and host websites for small businesses, and we build AI automations that handle the admin behind them: sorting enquiries, drafting replies, reading supplier invoices into your books and answering routine WhatsApp messages. Uncloaked builds and supports both from Benoni, Gauteng, for clients anywhere in South Africa.
How much does a website or an automation cost?
Every job gets a fixed quote after a 20-minute call. Websites are priced by the number of pages and features; automations by the workflow. Hosting, SSL, domain renewal and monthly fixes are one flat monthly amount from the day the site goes live. There are no hourly rates and no per-message AI fees.
How does billing and invoicing work?
You receive a PDF invoice with a payment reference and pay by EFT. Builds are 50% deposit before work starts and 50% before go-live. Monthly hosting and maintenance are invoiced on the first of each month. Card payment links are available on request.
Is my customers' data safe? What about POPIA?
Yes. Our automations can run on a computer at your premises or on our own hub in South Africa, using local AI models, so your customer data is never sent to a cloud AI account. We sign a POPIA operator agreement with every automation client, and every website we build ships with a privacy notice and a secure, create-only contact form.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You describe what happens in the business today; we turn it into a workflow, show it to you working on your own examples, and only switch it on when you are happy. You get a one-page guide, and we maintain it monthly.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
Uncloaked is based in Benoni on the East Rand of Gauteng. We meet East Rand and Johannesburg clients in person and work with the rest of South Africa over WhatsApp, calls and screen-share.
